  • Yes! You’re welcome to gift one service credit per month to a friend or loved one. Just let our concierge team know in advance so we can update the appointment details and make sure your guest is taken care of.

  • That’s okay! Your unused credit will roll over and remain valid for up to 90 days from the original billing date.

  • Enrollment fees are currently waived as part of our program launch. A one-time fee may be added in the future to support new member onboarding and perks.

  • Yes! You can schedule online as usual - just choose a service that matches your membership tier. Your credit will be applied at checkout. Not sure what to book? Our concierge team is happy to help.

  • Yes, members may request a one-time pause for up to 90 days. During that time, billing will be temporarily suspended and resume automatically at the end of the freeze period unless you request otherwise.

  • We ask for 30 days’ written notice via email to hello@antoineduchez.com or in person at the concierge desk. Your membership stays active through your current billing cycle, and credits can still be used during that time.
