Terms of Service

Antoine du Chez Salon & Spa
Last updated: October 21, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to the website, online booking tools, messaging services, purchases, and salon and spa services offered by Iris Salon Group, LLC, doing business as Antoine du Chez Salon & Spa (“Antoine du Chez,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website or digital services, you agree to these Terms. Appointment, purchase, membership, and treatment-specific terms disclosed and accepted at the time of a transaction also apply. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections available under applicable law.

1. Website Use

You agree to use our website and digital services for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when booking appointments, making purchases, or communicating with us.

You may not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with their operation, or submit fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful content.

Our online booking and purchasing tools are intended for adults or individuals using them with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Appointments and Booking

Appointments are subject to availability. Submitting an inquiry or requesting a time through a website, messaging service, or automated assistant does not by itself confirm an appointment. Please obtain confirmation through our booking system or directly from our team.

Some services require a consultation, deposit, intake form, or separate consent before an appointment can proceed. We may contact you to clarify your service selection or adjust the time needed for your appointment.

Please provide current contact information and review your confirmation for the correct date, time, service, and provider. Contact us promptly if anything appears incorrect.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Missed Appointments

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an individual appointment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • Missed appointments without notice are subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • Group reservations of three or more guests require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Any additional terms for group bookings, specialty services, or deposits will be disclosed when booking.

A valid card on file may be required to secure an appointment. Any authorization to charge that card, including for cancellation or missed-appointment fees, will be obtained through our booking or payment process.

Please contact the salon directly for time-sensitive changes. Do not rely on an unacknowledged email, social media message, or automated chat response as confirmation that an appointment has been canceled or rescheduled.

4. Arrival and Scheduling Changes

Please arrive in time to complete any required consultation or intake paperwork.

Late arrival may require us to shorten, modify, or reschedule your service. We will explain any resulting service or price changes before proceeding.

We may occasionally need to change an appointment because of staff illness, emergencies, or other operational circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer an alternative.

5. Prices, Fees, and Payment

Prices may vary by provider, service level, appointment length, hair length or density, product use, and the work required to achieve your goals. Published starting prices are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Additional services, treatments, product charges, or extended time may affect the total. We will explain material changes to the planned service and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

A $3 Sustainability & Innovation Fee applies per ticket. Applicable taxes and other charges disclosed before purchase may also apply.

Payment is due when services are completed or products are purchased, unless another arrangement has been agreed upon. Gratuities are optional.

Prices and offerings may change prospectively. Contact our team if you have questions about the expected cost of your appointment.

6. Consultations, Treatment Suitability, and Results

Our services are personalized, and results vary based on factors such as hair or skin condition, previous treatments, home care, and individual response. We cannot guarantee a particular result.

Please disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, recent procedures, health conditions, pregnancy, and prior chemical treatments to your service provider before treatment. Share sensitive health information through our intake process or directly with your provider, rather than through general messaging channels.

We may recommend modifying, postponing, or declining a service when it is unsuitable or cannot reasonably be performed safely.

Salon and spa services, website content, and recommendations are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical concerns.

Certain services require separate informed consent, aftercare instructions, or treatment agreements. Those documents supplement these Terms.

7. Service Concerns and Product Returns

If you have a concern about a service or product, please contact us promptly so we can review it with you.

Requests for adjustments, exchanges, or refunds will be evaluated based on the circumstances, any policy disclosed at purchase, and applicable law. Please contact us before arranging a corrective service elsewhere so we have an opportunity to assess your concern.

Nothing in these Terms excludes remedies you may have under applicable law.

8. Promotions, Gift Cards, Packages, and Memberships

Promotions are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, redemption dates, exclusions, and availability. Offers may be combined only when expressly permitted.

Purchased gift cards and promotional credits may have different terms. Any applicable restrictions will be disclosed when issued or purchased and will be administered in accordance with applicable law.

Packages and memberships, including the Wellness Collective, are governed by the specific agreement provided at enrollment or purchase. That agreement controls matters such as billing, minimum commitments, cancellation, freezes, rollover, transfers, and benefits.

These Terms do not independently authorize recurring charges.

9. Automated and AI-Assisted Messaging

We may use automated tools or artificial intelligence, including messaging features available through Google Search, Google Maps, or other platforms, to answer common questions, provide general business information, and assist with booking inquiries.

You may be communicating with an automated assistant rather than a member of our team. Automated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.

Please confirm important information directly with our team, including service suitability, pricing, promotions, accessibility needs, and appointment changes. An automated conversation does not confirm a booking, cancellation, refund, or policy exception unless you receive an explicit confirmation through our booking system or an authorized team member.

Our automated assistants do not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or determine whether a treatment is appropriate for your individual health circumstances.

Do not submit payment card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, or detailed health information through general chat. Use our designated secure booking, payment, or intake tools when requested.

You may request assistance from our team or contact the salon directly during business hours. Messaging services are not monitored continuously and are not intended for emergencies.

10. Electronic Communications

When you provide contact information in connection with an inquiry, appointment, or purchase, we may use it to send relevant responses, confirmations, reminders, receipts, and service updates, subject to your preferences and applicable law.

Promotional emails and text messages are subject to any separate consent required by law. Using our website or booking a service does not by itself constitute consent to receive promotional text messages.

Where text messaging is offered, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Follow the instructions in the message to unsubscribe, including replying STOP where supported. You may also contact us for assistance.

11. Privacy and Cookies

Our Privacy Policy separately explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. These Terms do not replace that policy or any consent required for particular data practices.

Our website and third-party tools may use cookies or similar technologies. Information about those practices and available choices should be reviewed in our Privacy Policy and any applicable cookie notice.

12. Third-Party Platforms

We use or link to third-party platforms for functions such as appointment booking, payments, online shopping, financing, and messaging. Examples may include Meevo, Google, and third-party retail providers.

Those platforms may have their own terms and privacy policies. Please review them when using their services.

We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continuous availability or the accuracy of their content. Contact us if a technical issue affects your booking or purchase.

13. Guest Conduct

We are committed to a respectful environment for guests and staff. We may decline or discontinue service in response to harassment, threats, abusive conduct, unsafe behavior, or other legitimate operational or safety concerns, consistent with applicable law.

Services for minors may require a parent or legal guardian’s consent or presence, depending on the service.

14. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, the text, branding, photographs, graphics, and other original content on our website belong to Antoine du Chez or are used with permission.

You may view and share links to our public website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our content without permission, except as permitted by law.

These Terms do not grant us permission to use a guest’s photograph, testimonial, or other personal content for advertising. Any necessary permission will be obtained separately.

15. Availability and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and available, but information may contain errors and access may be interrupted.

We may correct errors and update content. If an error affects an existing booking or purchase, we will contact you to explain the issue and discuss available options rather than assume your agreement to a change.

16. Responsibility and Legal Rights

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party platform outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including responsibility for our own conduct where applicable law provides otherwise. These Terms do not waive your statutory consumer rights.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively.

Changes will not retroactively alter an existing purchase, accepted appointment policy, or membership agreement without any notice or agreement required by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Colorado law and applicable federal law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
